Our fund raising supports the donations we give to worthy causes.
The money raised from events such as the Duck Race, Firework Display and Santa's Sleigh are 100% used to support the needy.
Not one penny of what we raise is used for administration or any function other than go to the cause it was raised for.

New Years Eve Ball
Although the application for a Lottery Grant had been sent off it was a long held view there was necessity to raise much needed funds for the Bottesford Gala.
The idea was spawned to hold a New Years Eve Gala Ball at the Village Hall Bottesford and make it a really extravagant ‘black-tie' affair. As a direct result the Committee met regularly and planned for this unique event.

A huge amount of time and effort went into the
planning with a real enthusiastic bunch
constantly pushing the barriers of favours with
ideas on making something special and an event
which could be looked back on with total
satisfaction and real enjoyment.
The VC Hall was a wonderfully convenient location transformed by artistic licence and imagination on a theme of ‘black & white’. Tables set with linen and silver with a four course buffet meal and waiting staffs provided. The dancing was courtesy of a live band and a spectacular firework display at midnight from the football pitch outside operated by Lions John and Richard.
Lots of hard work by a few with a real determination to give the community something special to remember. You all know who you are and our thanks go out to everyone concerned.
